I can't see yours when I click on it either. They look good small though. I guess I am going to have to trust that when you cleaned their diapers you did a good job and added some Desitin.

Be careful about the black text on the red book...sometimes readability can become an issue with the two colors. Just lock Jonathan out of his room and give the books a test-print before settling on that shade of red.

I like the colors you chose for these. I would try bolding Sociology instead of Families on the spine, just to keep it consistent with the other two. Also...this might be a really bad suggestion, but did you try taking out the black completely? Keeping each book at two colors might be kinda cool. But it might be totally stupid too. Whatever.

I think they go really well together. I would maybe try using the black on the back in a different way. Maybe having the black line that you used on the front under the little image at the top?

the design is looking SO much better nate! the only thing i have to say is to work with the type on the back. the rag is very inconsistent and uncomfortable. maybe try with no rag.

I think I might give the text on the back a little more breathing room-- bigger gutters on the sides. Also, it bothers me that only one of the books has a broken black line on the top. I know it's because of the descenders, but it feels somehow awkward? But they look good. They look like real books. :)

These look much better. I agree about the ragged copy at the back. I'd get rid of the bullet point too. I'd still like to see a more close up of the visual for Socialogy of families, so that it doesn't look too similiar to the visual of the last book. I don't know if that's much of an issue.

The cause and effect idea is interesting, but it is not coming across visually. Can you make this idea clearer? I am curious to see the other type possibilities. The combination of the helvetica and the style of illustration has a generic plainness about it.
