I'm not sure about the typographic treatment on the inside flap. Only use it if there is some kind of repetition, or if it relates to a main component of your design. Also, clean up the white around the red marker. This can be done with some tedious Photoshop erasing or a simple live-trace in Illustrator.

i agree with the above comment. i was just noticing a few typographic details that need to be paid attention to. you have a widow in the last paragraph and the rag on the right is a little extreme. try to play with it a little bit to make it more even. you may even want to break the paragraph up into little paragraphs scattered all over the back to make it look like someone is whispering secrets to one another in class to give answers. peace!

I really like this concept, but there are just a few things I'd mess with here. There is a really easy way to get those red words ALL red (no white outline) using the Gradient Map tool in Photoshop. Also, the subtitles on the first two look squished, but the last one (Calc) is fine. But on the calc one, only his boobs are orange. Was that intentional? Seems random...
On the back, I think there is a widow on every text block, so I'd fix that. Try it justified, since the rag can come out looking a little messy. Lastly (sorry, I am not trying to rip you a new one), I say nix those floating letters on the flap. I don't get it. :)

These make me smile :D
The type treatment on the flap bothers me too. Also, the text on the spine is little too flat. As is, everything is of the same weight. I'd change the font sizes or bold the titles there.
